Content on this site is provided for general information about Orbenta Stack services. Case studies are described with client names withheld; references are available on request.
Quotes and proposals
Quote requests do not create a contract. Every engagement is governed by a written proposal and agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline, ownership and support terms.
Intellectual property
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, clients own the source code, designs and deliverables produced for them once the agreed fees are paid. Orbenta retains the right to describe the work in general terms.
